Heart of the Waves: 3BR/2BA Beach Retreat +NEW HOT TUB+Outside Patio w/ Grill & Seating, Steps to Fun!

The positives massively outweighed the negatives and we had a fantastic time here Positive: This property was spacious and comfortable. It was extremely clean. Decor was pleasant. It was well located. Only 5 minutes walk from a beautiful beach. There were plenty of supermarkets within 10 minutes drive. We ate out at Thai Thai 2 and Icabods which were right next door and both were great. There was no issues with noise despite being near to a major road, bars and restaurants. We really appreciated the beach chairs and ample towels they provided. Negative: We didn't use the hot tub as it still had sand in it from previous users. The chairs outside were a bit tired and rusty and the yard could do with a spruce up. The kitchen could have been better stocked - only plastic beakers, only a few spoons, no chopping board etc not what we've experienced at other similar properties. We did inform our hosts but they did not get back to us.

Cozy and quiet. Positive: The home was perfect. We needed a rental quickly as our previous one was unsatisfactory. It was late (10pm) and they still handled us with great care. The house was clean, stocked with the few essentials, and ready for the family. Definitely recommend. Thank you again for taking care of us on such short notice. I was able to focus on my family.

Family Stay Positive: This property was completely comfortable for our family of four. It is within walking distance to the beach, Walgreens, and to restaurants.

Negative: Both my wife and I read in bed, but there was only one bed with a lamp.
